wifi router

I have purchased a d-link wifi router we configured it with the help of a technition . For last one week it was running smoothly but whenever the power is of we need to log in to the network oprators home page to reconnect the internet back when the power restart. But for last two days it is not working the oprators home page is not showing what should I do . I think my ip status and configaration are right
