Will motherboard fit in my case?

Hello, recently I’ve been thinking of upgrading my system. When looking at various motherboards, however, I noticed that the USB ports are below the parallel port, whereas in my current setup the USB ports are above the parallel port. I’m just wondering if the motherboard will fit in my case? Both are ATX form. The motherboard is 305mm x 190mm, and my case is a mini-ATX, if it matters.
