Win 2000 Pro & User Mgr for Domains NT 4

Before upgrading to Windows 2000 Professional I was able to Administer User Manager for Domains on our Windows NT 4.0 Machine from my Windows 95 workstation with the utility from Microsoft. Is there any way to do that with Windows 2000 Pro and our Win NT 4.0 Server?
