Win 2000 & Win 98 can’t see each other

I have two systems with win 2000 pro and win 98 se instlled on both the systems.
I have installed printer on system ‘A’. I get print from system ‘B’ when both the systems are booted with same operating system but cannot print when i boot system ‘A’with win 2000 pro and system ‘B’ with win 98 and vice versa. I also cannot see the system ‘A’ at that time.
Which protocols and cliets should be installed to get them connected ?
At present i can get internet sharing but cannot access the computers.
plz answer in detail.
