Here is what is going on.
1. I am completely ditching our old Windows NT 4 domain. But it is still running.
2. I have a new domain controller running Windows 2003 standard that is up and running with one user, me.
3. I have an email server?Windows 2003 standard? that logs into a local account it has been going for a couple of years.
4. My email server also is doing a small amount of file serving. < I added domain users/groups to the Security tab.
5. I want to be able to add someone from the new domain to the security but the Locations only shows the old domain.
6. ?My network places? does show the new domain.
I tried googleing it but I must be asking wrong. Also I need to disrupt things as little as possible so I am hoping to get it right in one shot.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
