Win 2K DNS Warnings in Event Log.

I am a newbie with Windows 2000/DNS so this is probably a very easy question.

I upgraded my old NT 4.0 server to Win2000
Server RC1. I added DNS as it seems the way to go(?).
In the event logger, I have warnings saying:
“The DNS server for this DCdoes not support Dynamic DNS. Add the DNS records from the file
%SystemRoot%\System32\Config\netlogon.dns
to the DNS server serving the domain referenced in that file.”

How do I do that?
I do not understand.
