WIN 7 Clients losing connection to Server

We just put in 3 new WIN 7 client machines. Two of the clients are occasionally losing connection to the WIN 2000 Server. They are still able to connect to the internet, just not the server. When the machines are rebooted, the connections are usually restored. Any ideas?
