Win 98 as aPrint server

We are running netware 4.11 and workstation win95 is acting as a print server. I want to change the workstation with win98 and work as a print server but it’s not working and says following
such printer is configured to use LPT1LPT1 is not supported on this workstation
It’s work as a local printer and If I create new print server and it’s work with it. So why win 98 pc remember that other pc is used as same print server
