Win 98 Networking problem

Hi,

I am facing a typical networking problem, I am tryping to connect win98 m/c. in my network, I have installed network adapter, protocole and client on my win98 m/c. System is showing no conflict and also i am able to browse the win98 m/c. fromother system in network but when I click network neighbourhood on my win98 m/c. it is not diplaying any of the other computer it is showing error in connecting to network , how it is possible when i am able to access all the drive of win98 m/c. fromother m/c. then why I cannot see any other m/c. on my win98 m/c. please reply urgently.
