Win CE- Active X Control -Sound recorder

I am trying to develop an application in VB for Windows CE device that will allow user to record voice.
Can someone point me in the right direction where can I find or get develop Active X control for Sound Recorder in Pocket PC device with Windows CE 3.0 so that I can use it in my VB application. I need the functionality like Play, Record, Stop , Rewind, Fast Forward, Pause etc.
