win keys

i have a keyboard which has winkeys on it (the one that has a windoz logo printed), while using windoz, i always use it as a shorcut to open explorer (win + E), to find files (win + F), etc. the problem is i cannot manipulate this key under my redhat 6.2, any idea to solve this?
