Win2000 and Philips Analouge Camera

I have recently upgraded from Windows98 to Windows 2000.
I have a Philips Desktop View Camera (1998 analouge modle) which plugs into its own card. The card has a BT848 Video decoder chip.
I can not get the camera to work now. i have been to various driver sites and got drivers supposedly for this chip and win2000. No luck.
The plug for the camera is 8 pin. What kind of a connection is this? I know its not ps/2. Does any one know the correct name?
