Win2000 Caching Server

I manage a network with two to three hundred users. We have a T1 connection to the internet, with Windows 2000 Servers. My goal is to setup one of the Win2000 servers as a Caching server to cache and perhaps somewhat filter the internet.

My question is is it possible, is it benefical, and how would one go about it with a W2K Server.
