Win2000 Logon

I have windows 2000 pro installed on a workstation that connects to a netware server. The netware logon dialog box comes up first followed by the windows 2000 logon dialog box. Is there anyway not to have the win2000 logon box bypassed? I have morethan one user accessing this workstation. Don’t want them to have to type in a password twice.
