Win2000 – Windows File Protection

I need to temporarily disable Windows File Protection. When I try to install the Exchange 5.5 Administrator program, one .dll file keeps getting overwritten by W2k. I need the Exchange .dll file in order to run all the administrator modules. Any ideas? THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
