Win2003 DNS move

I have old DNS server with lot of entries and I would like to move all DNS entries into a new DNS server with different name of the server. IS there any way how to export and than import all entries from my old server? Please note that both servers are non-AD integrated. I checked MS site http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=280061 but the article is saying only about Windows2000 based-servers.Many thanx
