Win2K domain to 2003 domain with new DC and 2007 exchange.

I currently have 4 2K DC’s in my domain, one of them is a 2K exchange(enterprise) on a DC. I would like to bring in a new 03 DC and a new 03 member server(exchange 07)and move all my mail boxes from the DC exchange box to the new exchange 07 box.

Can I do this, and in what order could I do things? KB325379 has alot of info but it refers to exch 03 and its still a bit over my mental capacity…

Would I run the 07 forestprep, then the adprep, then promote the first new 03 DC into the domain? After that install the new member server exch 07 and move mailboxes at my leisure? Its obvious how terrified I am of all this… If anyone would like to chime in or share some experience with me via email it would be appreciated.
