Win2K Pro Client No Connect to NT Server

Problem: I have several Win2K clients that I need to connect to a WinNT4 SP6 domain server. On the initial setup these clients connected no problem, but after starting and testing as stand-alone and then connecting back on to the network, all abilities to access the network or seeing the domain are lost.

Any suggestions?
