My company is planning on rolling out Windows 2000 to the clients, and are hoping to be able to find the “least headache” way of doing this.
We’re looking to do this automated, due to the large amount of end users that we have. The only problem is, we can’t seem to find any documentation for doing this on Novell 3x servers. The only thing that we have found to date is for rollouts on Novell 4x & 5x servers.
Now, understand this, I’m not a Novell guy by any stretch of the imagination, sowhat I am about to say, is only what I’ve heard. I don’t know what fact or fiction the following statement holds. I heard “the problem with Novell 3x servers is it doesn’t have NDS to use, as per the instructions on how to acheive this, as on the Novell 4x and 5x servers.”.
Now, with that being said, can anybody either point me in the right direction or offer words of wisdom?
