Win2k Server install reboots

I have ruled out the possibility of a bad SCSI drive, memory and server software. Each time I run Win2k install, it gets to the GUI screen “Registering Components”, but when it gets to the next step of “Saving Settings” the server reboots. This is all the further I get in the installation process. It looks like it might be a hardware problem, but not sure what is happening at the step of saving settings. Thank you. Pat
