Win2K Terminal Services on a NT 4.0 LAN

I am setting up a Windows 2000 Server running Terminal Services in an existing LAN with a NT 4.0 PDC domain controller. I am having issues with User Sessions logging in correctly, profiles, and policies in this type of setup. I know this is a generic question, but what I’m looking for is a good reference that I can use to configure TS in this type of setup. TechNet is not very helpful when it comes to detail oriented steps and clarification. Any other information at all regarding this type of setup would be greatly apprcieated.
