Win2k3 DHCP question

I have a /21 network with multiple vlans and I would like to create two discountinous scopes within the /21 that are /24 size.

Is this possible with Win2k3 DHCP server?

Ex.
10.10.0.0 – 10.10.7.255
Scope 10.10.3.x
Scope 10.10.6.x
