Win95 Desktop Themes

I have two clients running win95,because the Lease Link 4.5 software is only supported on that OS.The users would like to have the win OEM desktop themes installed. I know I have seen it installed on an old IBM Aptiva running win95 plus. I have wentto add/remove programs in the control Panel/windows setup but it is not an option like on win98. We have tried third party software themes, however they dont seem to work that well. I have all the OEM versions of win95, including USB support, but I cant find them on the disk. I assume they are in a cab file.
Any Ideas?
