Win95 Start Menu

How do you enable it so that when a user clickes on the Start button, it says “Logoff “. Right now, on one of my PC, if a user wants to logoff, he has to click on Start -> Shutdown, and select “Close all programs and logon as a different user”. Is there a simple way to get the logoff function directly in the start menu??
