Win98 and Unix

Have a friend that is using a Unix server(SCO Ver 5.05) to run a sales/DB program. The clients are all Win98 machines that run a Unix shell program to access the DB program. The Unix Server has an HP 1100 printer that is connected via a parallel cable. Question – how can the Win98 machines print from Word/Excel to the HP attached to the unix?
