Win98 DNS not working

I have a Win98se with a Dialup adapter. I deleted and reinstalled and need your help.

I can ping the ISP Dns numbers but IE5, IE6 will not see any page. I have install a NIC and DHCP still IE would not connect to a page. Again Ping works. What am I missing?
