Win98 MIDI waveset Won’t load

I was loading a Sound Blaster PCI129 into a windows98se computer. After all the drivers installed and the system rebooted, I got an ugly message “Sound Blaster PCI128 driver can not load MIDI waveset. Playback has been DISABLED” ! ! ! What the heckdoes that mean?? I’ve never heard of that. Can we find a solution because Creative Labs didn’t know what that meant either. It loaded into IRQ 9 and the DOS settings loaded into IRQ 7???? How do we change that ???
