Win98 Peer -Peer/Unable to see other com

Setup PnP Realtek PCI cards connected with RJ45 no hub. Network setup for client for MS Networks. Property -logon & restore network. Adapter – set at 32 bindings for IPX & TCP. IPX set at NetBios over IPX. TCP setup for internet connection for ISP via modem. All resources are enabled for sharing on both computers. Both computer networks are setup the same. Still unable to see or mapdrive to either computer. Thanking you in advance for your time.
