Window Error Message?

Hello
I have compact IBM p4 desktop, when I boot it up I get this erreor : Data excutation prevention Microsoft window” it give me very hard time. I install window xp Sp3 and Window 7 for both I get the same error. I turned the DEP option off in in data excutation tab but still getting this error. Can someone help me out please.
