Window Positions in XP

Since upgrading to (2) 22″ widescreen monitors from (2) 17″ monitors, new windows open half way off my right screen. I have to drag it back somewhere so I can see the full window. Anyone have any ideas? I need a way to force the windows to open in the center of either display.

Also, sometime when I open an explorer window, or even pop-up windows from 3rd party software, the windows are so tiny that you can only see a fragment of the title bar. I have to resize the windows to make things functional.
