Window server 2003 Standard With a nat

the private network on the NAT can not see any computer on the default workgroup, within its self. Can any one shed some light on why?

Here is a quick run down. I have enabled workgoups and file sharing. The protocol (client for micosoft networks) is enabled but the computers still do not see each other on the workgroup.
