Window XP S3 can not detect Ethernet controller?

Hello everyone
I have installed XP s3 on my HP CAC 50002NQ desktop it is P4, but there is no internet connection at all. When I make it dual boot with window 7 I can connect to internet,but not from XP. I have seen this problem in my friend’s HP computer too. I think it make problem with HP desktops. My Network Adapter is Broadcome NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet, Which work fine with window 7 on the same Pc. Can someone help me where can I get update driver for this if I need it?
