Windows 10 stuck on airplane mode no wifi. Please help.

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron with ragtag: p76f001. It has windows 10 and for the last couple days, it has been stuck on airplane mode.

The wifi symbol is not showing up and now even ethernet is not working. I read over the internet that it has something to do with drivers and have tried updating drivers in the Device Manager. https://trackeasy.fun/usps/

I have also tried installing new drivers from Dell and Intel by going on their “support” pages but that has not worked either.

This morning I reset my PC and IT STILL DOES NOT connect or show the wifi settings.

There is not much I can do but what are my options? Can you guys recommend a fix? Is this a common problem?

I purchased it in September 2019 for about $550 from BestBuy.

Dell support call with an expert will cost me $100 given that they solve my problem and I think I will take that up if all all else fails.
