windows 2000

hello, i added an ethernet pci bus adapter on my desktop pc
i got windows 2000 on it, it recognizes the adapter but i can’t access any network, so i go to add/remove programs to add networking services but i need the installation cd and i don’t got it
i downloaded simptcp.dll but i still need a file named quotes
i can’t find it
help me please
