Windows 2000 Advanced Server Windows 98

Hi,
I have recently created a new domain server and am logging in users to the new domain. I am receiving an error that the username or password is incorrect even though i have checked and even tried other user names. It is a known issue but i cannot obtain the fix…please refer:
