Windows 2000 disks

Hi,

I have a 3 partition win 2000 server.
A C-partition with 2GB, and the I386 source directory and boot.ini, NTLDR, etc.
And I have a 4GB D-partition with the WINNT directory.
How can I make the D-partition C, and remove the C-partition without rendering my machine useless?
