Windows 2000 Domains

We have Windows 2000 installed as our server. We also have two remotes sites that we manage using frame relays on WANs. Before converting from NT to Windows 2K, we could see both of our remote sites, but since the migration, we can only see one of our remote sites. Can anyone help? Thanks!
