Windows 2000 machines cannot access Windows Server 2003 Resources

by swe . Updated 21 years, 2 months ago

hello,

I recently added a new Windows Server 2003 server to an existing Windows 2000 domain as a domain controller. Everything was setup and functioning fine for about 4 days.

Now, Win 2k machines cannot access resources on the new server. I get:

“Configuration information could not be read from the domain controller, either because the machine is unavailable, or access has been denied.”

The xp client machines work perfectly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
