Windows 2000 & Novell 5.1

I’ve a new server Windows 2000, I configure my server on netware compatible and Windows Networks!
I see all of 7 server Novell 4.11, 3 Novell 5.0 and my others Windows 2000 server but I’m not able to attach my 2000 on the Novell!
I need to logged in to all server on the compagnie.
How I can do that!
