Windows 2000 Pinball folder

After I remove games in control panel, I still have a folder named Pinball that I cannot delete. It has a sharing violation when I try to delete it. I have used a boot disk and removed and/or renamed it, but when I boot the system it is back. I havealso used search for pinball in files and registry and have delete any reference to pinball, but it still comes back.
