Windows 2000 Server Rebooting due to BugCheck

I have a Windows 2000 Server that reboots occasionally with the following event message:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ce (0xf88ac5d0, 0x00000000, 0xf88ac5d0, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

Would someone help me with this issue? I can make the MEMORY.DMP file available for someone to view. Thank you for your help.
