Windows 2000 Server Setup couldn’t detect the SCSI drive

I installed a new Adaptec SCSI Card 39320A along with a Seagate Cheetah U320 SCSI 73GB Drive. For whatever reason Windows 2000 Server Setup couldn’t detect the drive for installation. The BIOS was able to see the SCSI drive. The SCSI host did boot up and also able to detect the drive. Does anyone knows why is it happening? Is there some kind of hardware conflict? Appreciate you input!
