Windows 2000 VPN question

Hi everyone, I’m new with VPN so maybe my question can be weird 🙂 (and i’m actually learning english, sorry for my bad english). I have a VPN in an old windows 2000 server. All work great but there is a client that need a ip address from other subnet (10.8.66.*) than my server gives through DHCP (10.8.38.*). How I can specify to the server that when this user connects to my VPN, the server give him the ip address from the subnet that he needs?
