windows 2003 administrator account locked

I’m using windows 2003 server enterprise edition.
last month administrator account has been locked and it is not opening with administrator password, But when from network mapped drive accepts same(administrator) password and access the mapped drive. Pls help me How to recover my password or how to login to administrator again…
