Hi!
I’ve read a similar thread… https://www.techrepublic.com.com/5206-6230-0.html?forumID=101&threadID=230371&start=0
But the way our network works, is simply a central server that acts as a super workstation, and I have 6 other computers that make a remote desktop connection. Each user has a different user account.
Now my problem is..
I am logged under administrator account (directly on the server, not remotely) and I want to update an application we use (Fortsum Acomba). I am getting an “access denied” message. I tried creating a second folder such as “c:\Acomba2” and try installing it there, for the sake of testing, and still, it won’t work. Though I tried creating a text file, and it worked. I can create, delete, and modify this file.
How can the admin under win 2003 get an “access Denied” message? Is that fixable?
thanks a lot guys..
