Windows 2003 Domain

Hi,

I have existing windows 2003 domain migrated from 2000 server. I wanted to move existing domain to another server. How can i do that

I have domain controller and 1 aditional domain controller.

can i pramote aditional domain controller as a DC if DC fails. Please If any body can help me out I will be thank ful.Please let me know if you need any queries about this thanks.
