Windows 2003 Domain Controller Sharing & Security Tabs Missing in Explorer

I just noticed in Windows Explorer on my 2003 Domain Controller that I no longer have a Sharing or Security tab anywhere in Windows Explorer. DC is a DNS server…dcdiag showed no errors on replication or DNS..DC replicating properly with other DCs….networking seems to be fine…this server also a backup server and has been backing up other computers on the network properly. Rebooted server 4 times in last week with no change. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
