Windows 2003 hang at Ms Logo after migrate from Win2k

Hi,

I was migrating my second server to Windows 2k3 and every thing goes well for the first one.

but for the second one it stop after the rebooting to the Ms logo windows….and stay their with the progression bar. It running on IBM Xserie 365.

Any idea ?
