Windows 2003 sbs sp2

I tried to configure network in windows 2003 small business server service pack II in an area however I can access the nodes from the server but I cannot access the server from the nodes (not even share folder or mapping a drive in the server)kindly help on this issue.

Is there any special configuration for this set up???

All the nodes run on Windows XP prof sp2
