Windows 2003 Server is no longer visible on the Internet

by atifdarr . Updated 17 years, 5 months ago

I have the server configured as a mail server and I also connect via RDTP. However, both these roles have stopped working.

Connectivity is fine to the office as we are still using the internet and I can log into the remote IP camera remotely.

There must be something wrong with the server. Prior to the problem there was a message: “at least one driver or service has failed to load”. Checking the event log it referred to “msdtc logfile not found” I reinstalled windows server 2003 with SP2, but this has not solved the problem. Any ideas?

I forgot to mention that the IP can be pinged: 93.97.29.177 and it can be locally accessed by other PCs
